Just a reminder that English teachers have first preference to schedule the 608 Lab (Writing Lab). Also, Foreign Language and Math teachers have first preference to schedule the 801 Lab. Teachers in these areas may schedule the 608 Lab & 801 Lab out as far in advance as they have planned; however, any class may schedule these labs a maximum of two weeks in advance of any open date if those spaces have not been taken. For example, if today is Tuesday, November 4 th , and I, as a health teacher, look at the calendar and see that there is not a class scheduled in the 608 Lab (Writing Lab) on Thursday, November 13 th , I can schedule it and can't be bumped from that date. The Media Center Lab, 606 Lab, and 704 Lab may be scheduled on any open date by any department.
