SEOP Description :
The Counseling Center schedules individual Student
Educational/Occupational Plan appointments with all 10th, 11th, and
12th grade students at least once throughout the year. Notices are sent
home to parents informing them of the date and time of the appointment.
Parents are encouraged to attend the SEOP with their student.
Appointment times can be changed by calling the Counseling Center
secretary at 223-3132. Senior SEOP's begin in September. Junior SEOP's
begin in January, and Sophomore SEOP's begin in February. Information
covered includes progress toward graduation, making up credit
deficiencies, college entrance testing, NCAA eligibility, class
schedules, AP coursework, post high school planning, scholarships and
financial aid sources, training programs not offered at the Timpanogos
campus such as MATC and UVSC programs, internships, concurrent
enrollment credit, graduation details.
